Staff and Officers

Director

The Revd Angus Ritchie is Fellows' Chaplain at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he is completing doctoral research in the philosophy of religion, and a Chaplain at the University of East London.

For eight years, Angus has been an active leader in London Citizens, involved in the campaigns for a Living Wage and for 'ethical guarantees' for the 2012 London Olympic bid.  His current work includes developing congregational involvement in citizen organising across East London.

Core Staff

Susanne Mitchell co-ordinates the Greater London Presence and Engagement Network.   She is the Administrator of the Anglican Communion Network for Inter-Faith Concerns and the Theological Studies Department of the Anglican Communion Office. She is also a licensed Reader in Southwark Diocese and a member of its Inter Faith Relations group.

Fr Sean Connolly supervises students on the Centre's internship from the University of Notre Dame, and assists with the Gospel for Today's City project in the London Borough of Newham.  He is the parish priest at St Margaret's Catholic Church, Canning Town - a founder member of London Citizens, and plays a leading role in the Our Homes, Our London campaign.

Maureen Toms is the Centre Administrator, and PA to the Master of the Royal Foundation of St Katharine.

Tutors and Fellowship

The Centre has a team of Tutors who teach on its courses, supervise placement students, and are available to give talks.  It also has a board of Fellows working in relevant areas.
